Chicken Roll Bengali Style Recipe
Boneless Chicken Pieces – 1Cup
Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Onion – 2 Nos (
Ginger – 1Piece
Red Chilli Powder – 1Tablespoon
Tomato Sauce – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – As per need
Method Of Cooking
Step 1 : Pressure cook the chicken pieces, adding salt, water, vinegar and pepper powder. When cooked well smash the chicken pieces nicely, use hands if needed. Cut and mix garlic, ginger, onion along with tomato sauce, chilli powder and salt. Mix it well with the smashed chicken and make it as a masala for filling.
Step 2: Make Chapati as usual, fry the sides of Chapati adding little oil on the Pan. Spread the filling masala on this and roll, an easy tiffin is ready for anytime.
