Prawn (Well cleaned) – 1cup
Mustard – 1Teaspoon
Crushed Garlic – 1 Tbspoon
Crushed Ginger – 1 Tpspoon
Curry leaves – As per need
Vinegar – 1 small cup
Pickle Powder – 4 Tbspoon
Gingely Oil – 3/4 Cup
Sugar – 2 Teaspoon
Salt – As per need
Method of Cooking
Add salt and keep the prawn aside.
Take a frying pan and add gingely oil.
When the oil gets heated, add the prawn and fry it.
Change the fried fish into another vessel.
Splutter the mustard into the remaining in the pan.
Add crushed ginger/garlic and curry leaves to the oil and stir it well.
Add pickle powder and vinegar to this.
Then, add the fried prawns and sugar to this mix and remove it from the stove.
