
Chicken Cutlet Recipe
Ingredients
Chicken – 1/2Kg
Ginger – 10gm
Green Chilli – 6 Nos
Bread crumbs – 1/4Kg
Garam Masala – 1Tbspoon
Egg – 1No
Potatoes – 3Nos
Salt – As per need
Oil – As per need
Method of Cooking
Take the flesh of Chicken, cook well. Make it as small pieces and mince it well. Cook the potatoes well enough and mash it nicely. Ginger and green chilli cut as small pieces. Add oil in the pan and salute ginger and green chilli. When it turns soft, add chicken pieces and the garam masala. Mix well and then add the mashed potatoes. Mix it well using hands.
Take small portions of the mix and make small balls and flatten using palms to get a firm shape. Dip it in the beaten eggs and roll out in the breadcrumbs, all the sides should be nicely quoted. Heat oil in the pan and fry the cutlets on medium flame. Serve with ketchups.
