
Lemon Pickle
Ingredients
Lemon – 10nos
Red Chilli Powder – 2 Table Spoon
Garlic – 20 Pieces
Salt – As per need
Vinegar – As per need
Method of Cooking
Wash and pat dry the lemons using a nice towel. Put it in a safe glass bowl, close it , then microwave it for 5 minutes. Then take out and make small pieces. Add salt as needed. Splutter mustard in the oil and stir by adding garlic and curry leaves. Off the burner and add chilli powder into this. . Add this mix to the lemon in the bowl, add vinegar and little sugar too. Easy lemon pickle ready.
