
Eenthapazham Paayasam Recipe
Ingredients
Dates – 1 Cup
Ghee – 1 Tablespoon
Coconut Milk – 2 cups
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Raisins Grapes -10
Cashew Nuts – 10
Condiments – Half Kilogram
Chowari – 1/4 Cup
How to Cook : Remove the seeds and cut as small pieces of dates. Before starting to cook , keep the Chowari in water for 1 hour, after that cook that using the same water. Pour the condiments in it and starts stirring. Add dates, then stir well to get a thick mixture, then add coconut milk, before boiling keep the stove off. Then add Cashew Nuts, Raisins Grapes and Cardamom Powder. Finally, add ghee too.
