
Pepper Mutton

Mutton – 1 Kg
Onion – 2 Nos
Pepper Seeds – 2 TableSpoon
Turmeric Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger – 1 Piece
Vinegar – 2 Teaspoon
Curryleaves – As per Use
Preparation
Clean and make pieces of mutton, apply turmeric and keep it aside. Take few pepper seeds and crush it, don’t make it as a powder. Add vinegar, pepper and salt to the mutton pieces. Cook nicely.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger paste. Once the garlic cooked well, add onion stir until it becomes brown in color. Add curry leaves to this. Then add pepper powder, mix and make it as a thick gravy.
