Vegetable Paneer Pulav Recipe

Vegetable Paneer Pulav Recipe

Vegetable Paneer Pulav is an easy to make a main course dish for a lunch meal preparation. Veg Pulav is a usual lunch meal which you can give extra taste, adding a few cubes of fresh Paneer to it.

This can make it as Vegetable Biryani with a few more ingredients in few steps. Try this, yet common, but yummy home made Vegetable Paneer Pulav recipe.

Ingredients

Biriyani rice             -2 cup

Small onion              -half cup

Cashew and kismis -as per needed

Paneer                       -100 gm

Whole spices            -as per needed

Ginger                       -1 piece

Carrot                       -1 No Beans                         -5 No Broccoli (optional) -1 Piece

Coriander leaves

Ghee

Salt

Preparation  

Step 1 Cut cleaned vegetables lengthwise. Wash the rice well and keep aside. Fry onion and nuts in ghee and keep aside.Make paneer into small cubes and fry well.

Step 2 Add ghee in a cooking vessel and heated. Put whole spices, ginger, vegetables accordingly and saut well. Then add cleaned rice into it and saut. Once the rice gets dry, add 4 cups of boiled water and enough salt and stir well.

Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice so that the rice will not stick to each other. Close the vessel and cook in a medium flame. When the rice cooked well, off the flame and add fried paneer and close the lid for 5 minutes, so it will become soft. Finally, add fried nuts, onion and coriander leaves. Delicious, yummy Pulav is ready.

പട്ട,ഏലക്ക ,ഗ്രാമ്പൂ ഇഞ്ച    –1 ടീസ്പൂൺ

കാരറ്റ്                                           –1 എണ്ണം

ബീൻസ്                                       – 5 എണ്ണം

ബ്രോക്കോളി (ഓപ്ഷണൽ)    –1 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ

മല്ലിയില

നെയ്യ്
ബിരിയാണി റൈസ്          –2 കപ്പ്

ഉപ്പ്

ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന വിധം

സ്റ്റെപ്.1

വൃത്തിയാക്കിയ പച്ചക്കറികൾ നീളത്തിൽ കനംകുറച്ചു അരിഞ്ഞുവയ്‌ക്കുക.അരി കഴുകി വെള്ളം ഊറ്റി  വയ്ക്കുക . ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി ,നട്സ്,പനീർ എന്നിവ വറുത്തു മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കുക

സ്റ്റെപ്. 2 പാത്രം അടുപ്പത്തുവച്ചു നെയ്യൊഴിച്ചു ചൂടായതിനുശേഷം ഹോൾ സ്‌പൈസസ്,ഇഞ്ചി,വെജിറ്റബ്ൾസ് എന്നിവ യഥാക്രമം ഇട്ടു വഴറ്റുക.ശേഷം അരി ഇതിലേക്കിട്ടു നന്നായി ഡ്രൈ ആകുന്നതുവരെ നന്നായി ഇളക്കികൊടുക്കുക. ഇതിലേയ്ക്ക് 4 കപ്പ് തിളച്ച വെള്ളവും ആവശ്യത്തിന്  ഉപ്പും ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി യോജിപ്പിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മൂടിവച്ചു മീഡിയം ഫ്ലെയിമിൽ വേവിച്ചെടുക്കുക.

ഒരു ടീസ്പൂൺ നാരങ്ങാ നീര് കൂടി ചേർത്താൽ ചോറ് ഒട്ടിപിടിക്കില്ല . അരി പാകത്തിന് വെന്തുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ വറുത്തുവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പനീർ ഇട്ടു മൂന്നോ നാലോ മിനുട് അടച്ചു വയ്ക്കുക.ശേഷം ആവശ്യത്തിന് മല്ലിയില ,വറുത്തുവെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഉള്ളി,നട്സ് ഇവ ചേർത്ത് വിളമ്പാം.വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ തയ്യാറാക്കാവുന്ന ഹെൽത്തിയായ ഒരു പുലാവാണിത്.കുട്ടികൾക്ക് വളരെ ഇഷ്ടപെടും.
